The Capital Area Golf Tour has the following policy in place for stipulated rounds and refunds.

The Capital Area Golf Tour will make every effort to play an event to it's conclusion.   Play will be suspended only if conditions become unplayable or a dangerous situation is considered to be eminent.  If an event is shortened due to rain there will be no refunds or credits issued.

*  If a stipulated round is canceled due to inclement weather,  9 hole scores will constitute a complete round.   An entire age division must be through at least the same 9 holes for the score to post for that day otherwise no scores will be posted.

*  If no golf can be played or 9 holes cannot be completed each day,  the ENTIRE event is cancelled.   Your CAGT account will be credited in full for the event (less a $50 administration fee). The credit may be used for future entry fees into a future CAGT event.

Refund Policy -

The Capital Area Golf Tour will allow the following withdrawals before the beginning of an event.

Capital Area Golf Tour Withdrawal Policy

WD I - any player who withdraws due to obvious illness or injury will receive a WD I for the tournament and will be eligible to participate in future events.  The player must report the withdraw to a tournament official prior to leaving the tournament venue.  Phone calls will not constitute a WD I.

NC or NS - any player that withdraws from an event without a legitimate excuse (illness or injury) or does not appear for a stipulated round, will receive the score of NC (no card) or NS (no show) for the tournament.  Players that receive this score twice in a calendar year will be suspended for the remainder of the year.
