NEW AGE GROUPS FOR 2013-2014 SEASON: Beginning with the 2013-2014 season our age divisions will reflect the ages and cut-off dates established by the Callaway Junior World Golf Championships. This streamlining of divisions will help to end confusion for our marquee spring qualifier events and ensure the strongest possible competition for the AJGA recognition afforded to our sub-15 boys age group.
Generally, all girls play from the same tee box at CAGT (except the 11, 12 girls at some Callaway Qualifiers), and boys in ALL groups (except 10-12) also usually play the same tees. For purposes of reporting to the NJGS all players of the same gender are reported together with all other players, of the same gender, who play the same tees. For all purposes EXCEPT Callaway Qualifiers, the 18-19 year old male participants are grouped with the 15-17 year olds.
